Trust the Journey Series March 4, 2025 Not Yet - Part 5 I was midway through my third year as an Instructional Coach when my principal took a position with the central office. She had worked hard and was excited about this opportunity. My assistant principal would be applying for the principal position and asked me to move up if she was given the opportunity. I was uncertain. I was making a difference in the lives of students and teachers. I was in the position that connected me to everyone on campus.
